Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days when available from stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Check delivery for damage and completeness on receipt. If you received your order damaged, please contact A+ Rigging Nederland BV.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return of an item
As a Aplus Webshop customer you have the possibility to return purchased goods within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The item must be in their original packaging, unused and unopened. We grant a warranty of 24 months for all new goods supplied by us. In the case of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department immediately by phone at +31 (0)227 544096, or via email at email@example.com
Warranty does not cover:
• Products incorrectly installed;
• Products used in applications for which they are not intended
• Products used under loads exceeding the product’s stated loads;
• Products not properly maintained.
Warranty does not cover defects due to corrosion, U-V degradation, and normal wear and tear. Products subject to warranty claim will be returned to Aplus rigging for examination and possible repairing or replacement. Aplus rigging is not responsible for installation or shipping costs. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will then check whether or not a direct settlement through the manufacturer is possible. If this is not possible, a return of the goods is necessary. After the defect is verified by our technicians, a decision is made whether a quick, professional repair is possible, or whether a replacement for the defective product is necessary. Afterwards, we will send the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Following the repair of the item, we will test it again and send you an immediate confirmation afterwards. If no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred.
If your order is damaged during transport, please report the issue directly to the shipping company within 5 days. Furthermore, you can also inform us regarding any damage as well. For other EU countries: If the respective shipping company’s postal office isn’t nearby, please get in touch with us within 48 hours. If there is an obvious damage, please refuse to accept the package and inform us about the damage. If there is a hidden damage please document the damage with photos and get in touch with our staff.
Loss of delivery
As an Aplus customer you are protected against the loss of goods in delivery. If you have not received your package within the normal delivery time please contact our customer service.
